Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Our affiliates include, but are not limited to, GPD Holdings, LLC, CF Preferred LLC, GPD Wallet LLC, CF Lending LLC, DKAB Enterprises LLC, GPD Consulting LLC, and CF INTL.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Other important information
If You live in Alaska, California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, North Dakota or Vermont, under certain circumstances, we are required as a financial institution to obtain your affirmative consent to share your personal information with a Nonaffiliate.
Vermont Residents Only: We will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law, including, for example, with your consent or to service your account, or for joint marketing. We will not share information about your creditworthiness with our affiliates or for joint marketing other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures.
California Residents Only: Under California law, we will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliate unless the law allows.
